that pipe that looks like a CAI is actually the cold pipe that comes off from the intercooler

and that motor is a 2.5L V6 so thats your two head answer, its actually just two valve covers and one head.

Its a 2.5 v6, there are TWO heads,

i have no clue what an SRI is, but it is turbocharged so there really is no 'CAI'.
