what do you think? I paint my intercooler cover, I am not the best painter lol

it has a clear coat. my speed is white and the color changes blue to red I was bored and thought I would try it out.

hmmm...maybe you should sand and buff it, looks rough to me. i think it would look better if it had the smooth qualities of exterior body paint
 
That plastic is smooth and glossy. He would need to prep it better. I think it is original and as long as you like it. Something different.
 
Looks good.

I think the rough look comes from metallic flakes in the paint. Not sure though hard to tell in the pics.
 
it was a color changing paint with metallic flake. I didn't do the honeycomb screen cause i was not sure how it would handle the heat and then drip on the intercooler lol.
 
it was a pain in the ___. I took masking tape and a knife I had when I used to do models, Just taped up the lettering and cut around the letters.

I like it. I thought about going all "honda-tech" on my TMIC cover and covering it with all these obscure stickers and whatnot.
