$377 for alignment, power steering fluid flush, drive belt replaced (with less than 10K miles on it) and instpection. Seriously why did I go to the dealership....first time shame on them... second time shame on me.

Of course it ended with me saying to a certain rep. "Are we done here?"

he wasn't there and the trip was for alignment only and spiraled out of control. I feel like a wasted girl at a dance club... totally taken advantage of.

Well, why not just tell them you ONLY want an alignment, the other rep has quite the bad reputation as pushing customers to get things they dont need. I urge you to go when Tom will be there and i think your outlook on the dealership will change.

Initially i wasn't dealing with that particular rep. Somehow he took over my work. The tech's are good there. I like the guys I've dealt with otherwise I'd never go back there.

He tells me AFTER the fact oh you didn't need to replace it I just suggested it. At that point I bit my tongue. I know its the typical BS hence I'm venting on this thread.

I believe so...I mean...my car's registered in CT so there's no inspection...but it's a rearview mirror...I don't see how it wouldn't?
