aren't they all automatics?

wow thats badass!! whats that baby run in the 1/4?

On stock gt's I've seen anywhere from mid to high 13's, and some low 14's.
With just a tune and intake I've seen mid to low 13's and even a 12.934.
Not to shabby for a 4000lb car.

car wasn't made for the dragstrip. There is a reason why the gave the car a IRS. So it would know what to do with a turn or two. Like it has been said in other posts, I really love the car but I would love it more if it was 6spd manual gear box. Kudos either way on very nice car!

Awww, you took my next car. Like exactly my next affordable dream car. Damn it's hott though. I'd sell some of my soul (and the Mazda in a heartbeat) to have one of those and a TRD Sport Tacoma. I just don't like the interior build quality too much.

Wow! These have to be my one and only favorite car of Pontiac's. Good choice! Powdercoat those wheels a gloss black, and debadge the trunk and that car will be epic!

. I just don't like the interior build quality too much.

This and the gas mileage kept me from getting this car. The exterior look is pure sex and the engine pickup is great, but the interior quality and gas mileage were the two biggest reasons why I didn't pull the trigger. When I see them on the road I want to look past it's flaws and get me one.

I really don't understand what you're talking about with interior quality, unless you think mazdas interiors are sub par as well. My interior is as nice if not better than my wife's mazda 3 and its fully loaded with leather seats.

whats the mpg?
15mpg city / 24 mpg hwy, Although I've been able to get 26-27 mpg babying it on the way to work. DoD ftw!

A HSV ClubSport R8 body kit is a most, completed with the CTS-V rims that are originally of the CS R8

Yea it's not really bad for a 6.1L V8 Bimmer beater though...I think great pickup is an understatement. There's only one spot, well two, that really annoy me on any car. One on the G8 is the opposite side from the emergency brake there's just a plastic "oh s***!" handle and if you push/pull on it even gently then it moves a lot. Then when you close the doors the panels pull away from the metal of the door. Other than that, build quality is grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrreat! New GM...straight from Australia.

I had my cousins G8 the other day after a catback install and software download. Man it woke the car up. I would like to now what its putting down to the rear wheels. Its as quick as my buddy's 06 CTS-V.

Take off the plastic rim covers...you'll be surprised what are underneath.
The same 17s are on my office car here. There's black rims under there!!

Take it off and snap a pic...

Looks soooo Nice!! I want one of these so bad, but def out of my price range. I have some bad ass modded ones... all you need to do is add rims and wa la! Bad ass car lookin right at ya!

Congrats on the car choice
