Ebay chip, bogus????

Forget "probably" it is 100% bogus. If your looking for engine managenent the easiest is a COBB AP reflash takes less than 5 min and on a totally stock car the gains are noticeable... Hos 81hp increase over stock at 6000 rpm sound?? I did a before and after dyno run and its amazing...

I'd stay far, far away from that. Stick with the companies that are well known to really engineer solutions and can be contacted if there are any issues. Cobb and cp-e for example. Plus, with well known and used solutions such as these, there are tons of people on the forums that have had experience with them and can help you out. No need to be the lab rat for some likely bogus junk. My 2 cents.

I took the plunge on that earlier when it first came out and logged before and after and no changes showed on the logs so I'd avoid it.

BOGUS!!! Never trust those dumb chips on ebay, they do nothing lol I've heard nothing but bad things. One of my buddies was dumb enough to buy one very similar to that and it had absolutely no effect. Needless to say he was rotted as he payed near that amout as well haha

I figured so... my buddy bought one of the relay "chips" when he brought it to be installed they laughed in his face lol pour guy...

thanks everyone i guess this product is BUSTED!

you got 81 hp from a Cobb AP ??

The upper rpm HP gain as well as the lower rpm TQ gain is impressive. I too did a back-to-back dyno (2 each actually, stock vs Cobb) and these were my gains taken from the dyno file and imported into Excel.

So those are the gains on a stock car? With no mods at all? What MAP stage1 91 or 93? Pretty impressive!!!

No, I said stock but it wasn't ... it was with all of the mods I have on my sig except I had the stock intake box still on. So it was over and above what I already had gained from the other mods.

My peak would have been better too if Christian at Cobb didn't wanna play it safe at around 5500 rpm where some stuff with the camshafts happens. In the end it's the area under the curve that counts anyway not peak.
