^naww. i just really like the protege. shes done me very well the past 4 years. i will be building it more and adding boost in the next couple of months. i plan to get a 06 or so maxima and turning the p5 into the project toy. but now i just have to figure out what to do with the eg shell i bought a while back when i thought i wanted to build a honda :/

Summertime + mountains + sunset = tons of color. Northeastern Colorado in January (where and when this pic was taken) is pretty much a barren wasteland.

Yep...expect some "updates" when I get back stateside!

I just pretty much destroyed the lip on my Miata this morning.
I guess I hit a clump of hard packed dirt or horse s*** or a mud covered rock...something...i dunno...but it broke the lip.
Took it to the shop before I came into work and they said they would fix it...would take them 4 hours though...I'll probably have them add a little something extra to it also...lol...stay tuned.

yup, it's shopped. VEL's car is silver. His original pic is a few pages back. I did a little shaving, coloring and wheels.

Yeah that would suck. I'm not going to make any changes like that, thinking about having them add a pair of small LED fogs on the lip. On Monday they will pull the lip & fix the break, sand & paint it black (just like nothing happened). Currently its being held together with whatever the shop guys put on it this morning. It held up to the 110 mph highway run this afternoon. Also, they are going to pull the bumper and sand it down (where the mazda symbol got jacked) and repaint it. In addition, they are going to make a custom (removable) cover for my MSP sub/amp setup I have in the trunk for a more clean look.
