I haven't read the entire thread yet. You ordered over the holidays you have to expect things to be delayed in shipping and turn around on anything. Many things are closed for a day or as long as 2 weeks during the holidays.

So they forgot to put in your bolts big deal. Its not like they left out the mid pipe or anything. That can be a simple over sight on the bolts.

I'm sure other people have had issues with the other vendors as well. The fact of it is no vender is going to have everything go 100% all the time.
