I am wondering if these will fit. I have H&R springs on stock struts?

i'm not really sure. i'm not to good on the wheels and tire fitment side of cars. Anyone have any specs and recommendations on what to look towards?

so even that its 8.5" wide (5x114.3/e45/73), i should be okay?

im going with the same wheels and I have the same springs as you, yes it will fit and 235/40/18 is recommended tire size.

anyone have these rims willing to post some pictures?

and does anyone know what tires you guys had the best life with? 235/40/18

tire sizes

keep in mind that the different tire brands are a little different in size sometimes, for instance nitto vs. falken..nitto's in the same size will be alittle wider than the falken's. So if your buying from wheeldude they should be able to tell you what will work best.

nexen and nitto is 2 different brand tires. nexen 3000 are cheaper, ive had 2 sets and loved those tires. im goin with the falken azenis 615-rts. wonderful tires

Won't that set-up rub? Seems to me if you're lowered on H&Rs, a 235 would almost certainly rub on that wide a wheel with the low offset. Can't say for sure, but seems like a dicey set-up IMO.

Also bear in mind that the 73 indicates the hub bore; our hubs are only 67.1mm so you'd need a set of 73/67 hubcentric rings.

the 45 offset will bring the wheels out far enough from the inside so they dont rub w/ 8.5". As far as rubbing on the outside goes, itll all depend on the tire. I have a +35 offset, but w/ only 225/40 tires. Mine is sitting on coils too. I think this setup will fit great IMO. Better yet, go with a 225/45 and a 5mm spacer. That will put you at a +40, itll be sweet (friday)

EDIT: i forgot this was an 8.5" setup, you definitly need a 235/40 tire

where can I get a 5mm spacer and how easy is it to install? I see some with new studs and some without. i would prefer without but am not sure if my factory studs are long enough to accommodate a 5mm spacer.

They'll work. Just need to roll the rears a bit and stick with a 235/40 tire and maybe some 245/35s (width depends on brand).

any local wheel shop or wheeldude. You can use up to a 5mm spacer on the factory stud and be ok
w/ thread.

im almost 100%, there is a member on the SU forum that has a +48 wheel with a 5mm spacer w/ no issues. leaving them at +43. I specifically asked this person because they have 3-4 different sets of wheels and i was inquiring as to what works best. I value there opinion, if that means anything, plus there car is gorgeous

EDIT: I see your in south florida, so is the person im speaking of. maybe you can contact them for local reference on this topic
