I don't know anything about the Eagle F1, but I do have a set of the Pirelli PZero Nero Pinna all season's, and I can tell you from experience, that if there is more than 1/2" of snow up here, they are not that good. You can get around, but it's not ideal. There is just not enough tread depth to keep a nice grip on the road. That sucks that you wont have storage space for a second winter replacement set. I don't know if this helps, but I will agree that all seasons aren't going to hold up in harsh snow we get up here. You don't seem to need too much though based on how much you drive and how hard you drive, but the all seasons may be a pain for a few of the larger storms we get. If you can tough it out for a few crappy drives here and there, the PZero's have been satisfactory in my opinion. I get enough performance out of them in the summer, and I don't drive like a bat out of hell either. I do like to take corners fast though, and they hold the road well. It's an option. Just my 2 cents.
