Ordering mine tomorrow morning!
I don't think you have to loosen the battery box. A little fiddling around with the bracket will get it over the studs.

installed mine last night and am very happy with the results!
FYI to all those folks installing theirs, you need to loosen the battery box so you can slip the mount under the bracket. Also once you have the 45 degree silicone tube in place attach the breather line to the intake first then fiddle to get it to fit into place.
nice mod
I try to keep it clean.(wink)Your engine area is shinnyyy(wow)
i know what you mean it was a pain to install, but i just used my finger to lift that tab up to put the part over the stock bolts.installed mine last night and am very happy with the results!

I know the feeling. If you want a BPV, go with the Forge Motorsports BPV. It will sound sweet with the Nano SRI.Funny thing happened after I installed mine -- now, when I hit the accelerator, I hear this intoxicating sound and for the first time heard the factor BPV. Downside...of course now I want a new BPV!
I have a feeling the rest of this tank of gas will go quickly...no big deal since 93 Oct is running around 2.40!
No! It comes pre-oiled from maker. Follow the directions carefully when it comes to clean and re-oil. If you over-oil, you can foul the MAF and screw up the air/fuel readings.Noob question. I heard all the SU filters are the wet type. Do I need to oil it before installation? Does any filter oil work for this?
