I just heard the guy been trashing his car all over town and at the strip waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa blam Mazda and the dealer for your screw up, I really hope they Brand your Warranty because people like you have no buss around Mazda period

The idiot leaves time slips in the car then tells Mazda there not his and of course they contact the track and his left rear window has just been wiped cleaned

by the way I love the bald tire and you let Mazda see it, the guy power shifted so hard and probably missed a gear that he rips the shifter out of its housing, def branded warranty and you deserve it

hay I love the 10 speeding tickets in the car too, you gotta take the center console out to do the shifter and the idiot leaves em in there hay by the way great DUI toooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo lolololololololololol

Did you really join this forum just to rip on this guy?

OP, good luck. I had the local Acura dealership royally fCK me with numerous things, it's a b**** to deal with but sometimes it just has to be done. Like everyone else has said take it to another dealership, if it's flagged that sucks but at least you will know what's going on.

Hay dont bother going to another dealer I just heard your cars been flagged with Mazda, and by the way, instead of Mister I did nothing wrong, he pays for a new shifter and leaves, really dude bash youself not the real Dealer like Classic that helps us out, The techs all run turbo cars and the managers got a 400 horse is300 charged, they now there stuff and always help out if your cool and truthful , not a Bull artist like you

i agree this it BS from what has been said and a speeding ticket should not be a reason to say abuse. now if it was for reckless driving or street racing they could potientaly use that and if it was in the center counsle they would have noticed it while dissasembling the counsle so they could work on the shifter.

let's keep hearing this "truth" you got for me. bald tires? sorry thats a no go, they needed to be rotated yes, bald no. 10 tickets? no not really and even then they were from my rsx. DUI? no sorry thats wrong as well, its called a .02 notice, which is not DUI. don't know if your one of the techs/mechanics there that's posting on this forum to cover your dealership's back but your not doing such a good job of it.

piston stfu. stop bashing cause your boyfriend works there. they have no right to bring up tickets as a reason not to do work on his car. what they did was wrong sounds like a stupid ass dealership that doesnt know how to run a business. we'll see where ur boyfriend and the rest of the place is in 10 years when they have no come back customers cause they treat them poorly. stop bashing on him and go back yours boy friends ass. dip s***

nah let pistonripper keep talking, he just proved that they read through my tickets for sure, i want to hear more.

i love how he just registered on here to do that.....so is he getting banned...what a dick move

also when you take your car to the dalership you temporarly gave them ownership of the car. thy can look threw the car if you left damming evidence in the car it could be said thats your fualt. should they be looking through every nook and cranny, no.

i mean seriously...piston if you're so big and bold to throw out the talk, who are you? live? so forth......wait that's right you're just like any other guy who can only talk big hidden or behind friends.....and by the way mazda dealerships as a whole try's to screw, i got it a few years ago...never went there again, even the saleteam had bad words.. a bad service dpt will kill any business

agreed what a joke. to everyone else thank you for your advice on this situation. if mazda really did send an engineer from jacksonville to check out my car and told classic mazda that they were not going to honor my warranty, then i guess they really do have their hands tied behind their back. if they just decided that timeslips and tickets were enough to make up a story about chris the engineer then we have a different story. anyways i was told that this would be filed tomorow morning and to contact mazda NA at that time. i will keep you guys updated on how this pans out

i would also like to throw this out there; i'm not bashing classic mazda nor there service department, although i wish they had handled this differently.

and this isn't the first time something has gone wrong with their service dept and myself, the first issue they admitted to being their fault..

This is one of the many bad stories ive seen about classic mazda in orlando. I guess ill hit up lakeland for my warranty work.

Not bashing here, but there are several elements to the story that are not adding up at all.

1. tickets & timeslips. Honestly, WTF? Why in the hell would you take a car in for service with this stuff sitting in the IMMEDIATE area of the problem, in plain view of the person working on the car....

2. Circumstances play a great role in how your treated, in life as a whole, even in a service dept. visit. Point 1 leaves you way open for problems, but how did you react to the situation as presented by the service writer?

3. There are plenty of other indications on a car to how it is treated on a daily basis. The tickets, timeslips and other signs of abuse were probably enough to put them over the top on their decision.

4. Take this opportunity to learn from the mistake. If your going to hammer on a car, learn to cover up the evidence.

So basically what Piston is sayin...is he doesnt work at Mazda but talked his boy into telling him all sorts of private info about someone else's service/ legal issue as well as driving record. Sounds like pistons "Master tech best friend" is a raging moron and opened up that dealership to even more of a law suite.

I understand that they can go over every inch of the car, but what gives them the right to go through personal items such as paper in the console? Even if they had a reason to enter the console, nothing should let them take a personal piece of paper, look at it, look for his name, car, etc. Move it aside, yes. Read it, no. A car and everything in it is personal property.

OP: Go to another dealer or get a lawyer. Keep in mind if you do have to go to court, it will cost a LOT of money. lawyers are not cheep. I spent $1500 on one this year to draft and file a piece of paper, no court apperances at all. Also, as someone already mentioned, why do you have these tickets in your car, especially if it was from your 'younger days'? Only reason I see that you would keep them is to show off how 'bad ass' you are, which would mean that you haven't grown up and are still a danger to me and everyone else. But that's just my perception.

Pistonripper: at leest he kan spel. go tuhrn a rench, smag.
