Oh yeah, what was this in comparison to again? I can't remember if you first logged with a stock intake manifold, VTCS-less stock manifold, 626 manifold, etc. What gear pulls did you do; second or third? I'm trying to figure out where in the RPM band the peak increase was.

think last week when i was talkin to him about final pricing he said somethin along the lines of 650-700 iirc

would each of these be hand made?, because 650 is kinda higher than i'm looking for... How many people would have to buy one for the price to get down to 500 out the door?

maybe i'll get one after a couple of months when they've been out for a while and we get more people to experience it's awesomeness!

theres no way these are going to be 500 out the door not even used i doubt youll see that price. Tbh this is proabably going to be a limited run just like everything is in the protege community id get one while you can. When you say "hand made" what do you mean?

TBH, I'd pay $1000 for this if it was required. This is the be-all, end-all intake manifold for the Protege just like a certain exhaust manifold made by a certain banned vendor is the be-all, end-all exhaust manifold (which, when new was more than $1000). The latter might change here soon however.

I'm still waiting for Tony to release something - a CAD drawing or anything really. I don't want to install my MAM and then realize I like the other one better (the engine bracing intrigues me).
