What have you done to your MSP today?

w00t! CEL turned itself off tonight. It was on when I drove home today at 5 PM but when I started the car around 8:30 PM the CEL was off. Drove roughly 10 miles and it's still off. Now if it stays off for more than a few days I'll consider the issue resolved!

I'm wingless now :) yay. I also sanded and resprayed both the shifter console and radio console to match the car.
I'll post pics tomorrow after I wash her.

I just checked aem website too 235 for a boost gauge yea...i think ill pass on that one hahahaahahah What ones did you order jon?

Right now I'm waiting on oil pressure and temperature. My current oil pressure gauge is on it's way out I think so I figured I'd just upgrade. I like the digital displays; takes the guesswork out of reading gauges.

yea but it then you also run into the problem of it cycling to fast for you to read. i know thats how it was on my tru boost it used ot annoy the **** out of me

Eh, if it's anything like the WB then it's not too bad. I still think they're going to be easier to read - especially at night. Not to mention how awesome it's going to look having 4-5 digital displays, LOL.

ill put it to you this way jon the digital readout on the tru boost swept so fast i had to use the peak/hold feature to see how high i was spiking each time because i couldnt read it on the truboost.

This morning I installed my Weapon-R engine damper. Install was a breeze and took less than 20 minutes.

Well, it works pretty well. It doesn't quell ALL of the vibrations you feel from stiffer engine mounts, but I don't think it was advertised as doing that. But it did eliminated the harsh, uncomfortable vibrations that came when the a/c fan kicked on. It DOES keep the motor in place very well, minimizing or eliminating motor movement at all times, depending on how you adjust it. The engine damper eliminated all the underhood and firewall rattles I was experiencing after the motor mount inserts, so the peace of mind alone was worth it. It also smoothened up the shifts and I haven't experienced any wheel hop yet since I put it on.

Sorry for the crappy pics , but its the middle of the day in Florida which is a bad time to take pics. Its slow at work so I've had time to clean her up nicely. I''m really digging the wingless style, now I can actually see out of my rear view mirror.(thumb)

I will try and take some more sometime later on this week when the lighting is better.

I drove it!!!!! I know that may not sound too exciting since it hasnt been out of comission but I had surgery on my right hand yesterday and was afraid I wouldnt be able to shift gears and would get stuck driving my sisters bad saturn sl1, but i went out this morning and can get my thumb, pointer finder, and middle finger wrapped around the shifter knob and using my palm and three fingers i can shift so i was able to drive today!!!!
