Now let's see all the Silver 3's!!!

agreed. useless s*** on the car = rice...
body kit that's actually painted ≠ rice

wondermike, those are some great pictures!

the whole bodykit and skirts were actually shaved/molded. Could ad to some rice in the bowl, but I enjoyed it!

Nice to see you in front of that Cayman. How long did that last?

He didnt pass me during this 20 minute run. However during the last run of the day, he and a 911 Carrera GT did pass me,
they were both on a mission to beat each other, but I stayed right behind them for most of the run. We were all in the novice group.

I did the same thing.. and its required in your state hateit, cause I live here too. Looks much better on the side than in the middle.

what's with the license plate all japped out on the side? Why not just take it off? or does your state require that they be on the car?

The plate is mounted like that because I after I replaced the "moustache" on the front bumper, I didn't want to drill holes for the plate holder since I knew I'd be moving to FL (where I am now) soon where I wouldn't need a front plate. I merely zip-tied it to the front lower grill for the time being...

Now I'm in FL and have no front plate. Regardless, I think it looked better "japped out on the side" than it did sitting high in the center on a big plastic protrusion...and if I'm not mistaken, we drive Japanese cars anyway...:P

I think maybe the phrase "Evo'ed out on the side" might make a little more sense in the future if you're going to try and make a derogatory remark regarding a license plate mounted off to the side... :)

Awesome pics, got any more?(cool)

Here's a link to the Photobucket album I created of pictures from that day:

http://s34.photobucket.com/albums/d116/Nliiitend1/BHF Track Day/

There are a bunch of pictures of other cars from the day's sessions, along with a good deal of pictures of my buddy Aarons Focus ZX3, with the rest of my MS3 pictures toward the end of the album (last 3 pages).

Credit for the photos goes to my buddy Cash, a fellow Focus enthusiast who tagged along to take photos and some video. I've got some in-car footage and a trackside montage video from that same day posted on YouTube:

i love that headlight film man! i bought yellow foglight film but after taking out my fogs, i kind of like the look of them out for now. i'm planning on painting the area right around them semi-gloss black and i don't think yellow fogs would look good with the outside painted. i'm either going to leave them out or just leave them clear. but, i think i'm going to do yellow headlight film though since i'm not doing the fogs.
