I just want more songs

Wii GH3 doesn't allow you to get more songs

People have found ways to customize GH on Wii. I haven't read up on it for Wii because I don't have one, but I'm pretty sure people have got a good grasp on it. I've been customizing my Guitar Hero for a while, playing them all on PC now. Just recently imported a bunch of songs from GH1 into GH3, and just finished a few more custom songs a few days ago. Soon, I need to get some GH2 songs into GH3.

oh cool, i've not heard of the custom songs on Wii (how can you do it, if there is no HD to put them on??).. but i'll be all over google to figure it out!!

i would assume with an SD memory card. just because there's no HD doesn't mean there's no storage

you're right it does have an SD slot .. i've never used it before so i forgot about it!! i found a lot of custom songs on the Wii version on youtube.. including the super mario world theme song!!

Man, I love all of these games. If possible, I would mash them up and smoke them.

My roomie and I play alllll the time. It's funny how people can get 100% on some of the songs though. Well, I never play without at least a beer in me and then it goes downhill from there Although I have to admit we are rediculously good at it now. I love singing to The Strokes' "Reptilla". That song is pretty damn great.

Thanks for the info on the new RB Track set. I have no idea that it was out. Gotta take a trip to Sams club after work today. (bolt)

Check out www.scorehero.com for info about the customs. There's lots of people that have been working on it. I've got about 45-50 custom songs working on GH3 for PC. Some still need tweaking, but I'd say about half of them are at 100% game quality.

Go to youtube and type in Guitar Hero, followed by almost any well known rock song, and it's bound to give you videos of someone putting it in the game.

i guess you unlock them in 2 player mode. is this true? anyone know how to unlock them without doing 2 player?

it will unlock all the songs in quickplay mode, EXCEPT for those that you have to beat the battles to get (i.e., the devil went down to georgia)

I always use Hyperspeed now. At first, takes a song or two to get used to it, but I find it teaches you to react faster, and it's great for learning songs that change tempo midway. The notes are spread apart more, so it's easier to distinguish what's coming up (16ths, 24ths, 32nds, etc.).
