July 12th Meet/Greet out of town guest

I'm calling for a meet on July 12th, 2008 to meet and greet someone most of us know, but have not met in person.
He, and his wife will be vacationing here in Hawaii and asked if to meet us.
Since he emailed me, and called me instead of posting up here in our Hawaii section of the forum board, I'm keeping him anonymous.
Date is pretty much set for now. Time and location is still pending.
I'm open for suggestions.
One idea I've been thinking about was to pick them up at there hotel, and cruise to China man's Hat.

MSPEC and Team Pro5 will be invited.
Lonely, wanna give me a hand in the planning of this meet?
August Streetcar Show-off is coming up, and I could use all the help I can get.

I was thinking of meeting up around 9am, picking them up at their hotel around 10am, and cruise to Chinaman's hat.
Like I said, the guy we are meeting is one of the sponcers of this forum board

Yeah....i live ewa beach. I seen ur car. I guess you live somewhere in dat street i always turn in to come out on da other side. Dats my suga daddy driving it. (lol2) Its actually his cuz my car is a SS trailblazer.
