to the thread creator, I don't think chrome will look good on Cosmic blue.
The reason is Cosmic blue is a very unique color (Many parking tickets, to be exact 2 parking tickets and 1 speeding ticket said my car was "grey" or "metallic greyish blue" and one said "bluish silver")
As a unique color it becomes difficult to find conventional colors that work. If you went and got some 5-spokes with alot of space and painted your calipers Red, I guarantee it would look goofy as s***.
I went out to a local store and had them try me out with a few rims, specifically they had a chrome one that I liked the 5-spoke design but they didnt have the black color in stock so I had em throw the chrome on there just to see the look.
Well, long story short, I didnt buy the black ones because the chromes looked so bad. For s**** and giggles, I had a friend do an EXCELLENT photoshop of my car with the blacks and it was absolutely a U-turn in comparison with the chrome.
Now, black doesn't look that good, but I would suggest a different color, look for anthracite (lightish grey, maybe a dark grey) color, or perhaps a bright silver one.
Black with a polished Lip (I assume you want chrome for the looks, as their is no other reason for it) maybe a good compromise. If you want something really crazy, try the Axis Reverbs w/ polished lip in Yellow. Thats sure to turn heads and you wont be chromin' out and gettin' that s*** stolen at food lion
