I'm in the market for some new wheels for my '02 P5, the ones I've liked so far are 18x7.5 with the right bolt pattern. But there all 38mm offset (dont know if + or -) they have a good sized lip on em. Will these fit on my car??

NOPE for an 18 x 7.5 to fit properly you will need at least a +48, you can go to Rishie's fitment guide that is stickied in the wheel and tire section of this forum and you will get the same answer.
