built 3071r big turbo build up

I really hate you Jon, and your little dog too. I'll have one of these threads soon enough. Don't know when, but the pistons are already in so it won't be long!! Beware,,,, I'm on your heels Jon. Better not come to the east coast!! J/K... glad to see everything is working well for you. It only took me like a week to find this damn thread too.

hey jon.. what did you use to coat the PG Manifold with? Is it just DEI Header wrap and some sort of coating?? Let me know.. cause thats exactly what Im planning on for when I get my manifold here soon. Thanks in advance.

Yes please. I imagine you will get used to it pretty quick. Is it more street or track? I would think more than a couple of folks are getting to thinking about a clutch upgrade. Let us know what you think, when you get a chance.

I think the stage 3 and stage 3+ clutches are the most aggressive you can go with before having severe street issues. They're the last recommended clutch for street use. A puck'd clutch would be tough to manage.

what fuel managment are you gonna go with?

chill..... :D

confidential :D

yes ssirrrrrrrr

A PG special?

eh... nothing too out of the ordinary. we've got something different in the works. thats for sure.

lol i don't know where you've been for the last month. car is a beast, i'm daily driving it on 15psi and it spikes 17psi but instantaneously settles at a steady 15psi. still on the stock intercooler (lame).

that is DEI fiberglass headerwrap (2"x15ft) and DEI black hi-temp paint. I'm sure its the same thing as Dupont. Everything for the manifold (including the stainless steel straps/fasteners) was like $45 shipped, at my door in 2 days. The header wrap is awesome. I can touch the wrap just after the car shuts off. Its maybe 90 degrees or so on the outside of the wrap. Don't be scared when it starts to smoke on the initial startup. It'll smell and smoke from the oils burning off it.

The whole in the block! What caused it? I see you are widebanding. Very sorry to hear about that motor. Start your thread up. Us viewers love this stuff. Best luck

HA!!!!.....I know the secret.....(naughty)

ssssshhhhhhhhhhhhhh......

new inlet pipe was put in this morning. I'm now running completely VTA on my hybrid blowoff valve. Car runs great. I had 1 random backfire yesterday, from a day of HARD HARD HARD driving. my buddy john david drove all day and if the car was going to have serious issues or problems, they would've surfaced yesterday.

woa! a lot of secretes around this place!

sneaky bastards!!!! na just joking! but fore real when do we get to see the real tuned results and all the other secret tidd bits?

Im stoked man, when do we get to find out your top secret EMS and some dynos. If you want you can drive to AZ and i will change your oil a buy you a pull just to see it! That will get the break in out of the way! LOL. Course it was 114 degrees yesterday.....not good turbo weather.
