Just was thinking about something exhaust cut ou

well there is little to no restriction in the stock catback so what would you be achieving ? if you keep the stock cat up front as well you would just have a lot of noise with no gain at all. it would be cheaper/easier to just get a DP/RP combo and be done.

he taliking about adding this to the midpipe..

I was looking to get one back in the day and I looked around on all kinds of various forums (SRT4 etc) and saw tons of leaking problems. They won't leak right away, but after awhile they pretty much all start to leak and will need readjusted. (thats what i found anyway from my research)

exactly, adding this to the mid pipe is doing nothing but bypassing the catback. that is sensless ! especially if you hve a stock DP infront of the cut out, that would just be stupid ! now if you have a catted mid pipe or cpe DP and you put the cut out BEFORE the cat, then it would help.

oh ok i thought this would some how replace the midpipe for straight pipe only when you needed it.. yeah the stack catback is not really restrictive
