ill bring it on the 15th as long as my rad comes in. otherwise u can stare at my vw beetle lol

no around the 15th, i split up the payment.

Plus i need to get a new tire for one of the wheels. and its snowing like crazy, no rush lol

Yeah I know, the revs arent even going to see pavement until like may by the looks of it.
 
Would a large aluminum oil cooler work well for a heat exchanger or would the flow be too restricted??

it would work but radiator technology is preferred as its made to cool coolant/water. but yea itll work. thats what i had previous to the cobra cooler

thanks for responding to my PM. Any info on the intercooler in the engine bay.

If I'm reading it correctly, you have the pump located near the rear of the car. It's pulling water from the tank, pushing it to the front. The water then goes through the exchanger in the front of the car, then through the intercooler in the engine bay, then back to the tank. What size pump are you using (CFM)?

As for a goal, I'd like 250 wtq. :) Need the low end for autocross. Right now I'm still running on stock internals @ 9.5psi. Future plans include Steedspeed EM and Terbow DP :p
 
got some more questions for you.
  • Can you take a picture of the piping from the intercooler to the throttle body?
  • What kind of pump are you using, and is it running on the driver or passenger side? The picture looks like the pump is behind the driver side rear wheel.
  • What kind of intake are you using (CAI or SRI)? If a SRI how are you recirculating the air from the BPV?
  • Any recommendations for minimum size on the heat exchanger?
  • What size intercooler are you using?

ill get u some pics and info tonight when i get off work.

1)ill see if i have any, its pretty much 2 couplers and an aluminum elbow. not much to it.
2)Its a BOSCH unit, very reliable and good numbers (6GPH). Its off a lightning they sell it on silicone-intakes.com for 139.00 i had to custom mount it. its where you said it is.
3)Its a SRI, its recirculating with a Modified Forge bypass valve (attached to the pipe)
4)bigger the better. Mine is off a SVT cobra, id go at least that big if its a daily driver. If not you can use a nice thick oil cooler.
5) ic is spearco 2-252 (smallest core they have, in order to fit it where i did)
