New Pearl White MS3 owner.

What are you talking about.....ricey? Those are hot no matter what. At least they aren't your cheap $50 altezza crap on ebay. You really know how to pick your cars and keep them clean and far from rice. Very nice SRT man.

Thanks!

Those 2008.5 model year interiors look real nice!! Although, I thought the seats were supposed to be leather+alcantera, not just cloth? Maybe those pictures arn't the grand touring then.

Also..........is that MAZDASPEED emblem on the passenger side, a damn sticker??

It def. looks like it. You can see a kind of paper backing coming through on the sides. But, I sure hope not.

Sorry not digging the white. No offense but I think at least part of the reason so many ppl are gueling over it is the fact that it hasn't been offered here in the U.S. hence it's not as common. Has it never occured to anyone that white isn't exactly easy to get looking clean either? I've had a white car and it was a b**** in comparison to my black cars to keep looking good. Black in my opinion is the best choice if you just take the time to clean it up when it's dirty.

Not saying the white doesn't look good but it's a bit over-rated.

Are you kidding me?? Black is a million times harder to maintain than a white car.. Not that I'm saying white is easy (totally not) but black is a huge pain in the ass...

Having had a side business detailing cars for 6+ years now and working for a short time as a full time detailer recently let me clarify some things.

A) A darker car will show dust/dirt easier than a lighter car.
B) when you get around to cleaning up the darker colored cars, it's gonna show swirls about 200% easier than a lighter car. that's a fact. Doesn't mean the white car has less swirls, but they are harder to see.
C) On the other hand, a darker colored car, when properly swirl free and detailed will have 200% more depth to the paint than a white car.

I'm gonna be getting either a white or a silver MS3, depending on when I can purchase mine (soon hopefully)

The white MS3 is hawt though!!!!

I guess I'm missing something because I don't find it hott at all...I promise you if I had a choice given white is a available now I still would go with black. What is so damn hott about white???

white just looks so clean.....I dunno, theres just something about it that really makes it stand out in white. But I agree, I'm still happy with my color choice and wouldnt change it.

Different strokes for different folks guys. Honestly, unless black was the ONLY MS3 left in the entire country when I go to buy mine, and they discount it heavily below invoice, i wouldn't get it. period. To each his own.

enjoy your swirls like these:

My car is black and will never look that bad, neither have my previous black cars. You have to take care of them yes but for a black car to look like this you're doing something wrong. My black Mica Speed 3 looks wicked at night with the black wheels I have on it. swhirl marks? None here

any cars paint will swirl like that eventually, black shows it more, so it requires a more delicate touch :)

It's nearly impossible to have no swirls on a dark car. My wife bought a graphite pearl grey accord 2 years ago next month, and even with noone ever touching the paint but me, it's still a PITA to keep clean. It's get light micro marring/swirls on it but alot less than those cars I posted above.

Next time you're driving down the road and it's a clear sunny day, watch as 99,9% of the cars you see drive by. They will all have swirls like a MOFO.

You belong in the Guinness Book then. (first)

...I haven't figured out how to do it. I owned one black car and vowed to never again buy one. I agree...when clean there's absolutely NOTHING like black. Just a shame it only lasts for minutes on the hour.

I like the white, looked nice. I saw a 07 Can. MS3 the other day and got to talk to the owner however, and he claimed to be having some issues with discoloration, IIRC, bumpers and rocker moulding.

swirl marks are inevitable, a good clay bar will make them disappear tho, well at least for a little while

Clay bar's actually just do a deep down cleaning and will NOT remove scratches/swirls unless they are very light surface ones. Only way to remove swirls is to polish them out.

I see that often with some cars I've detailed, especially the WRXs. Their hood scoops, mirrors, spoiler and bumpers tend to be off a shade or 2. There's nothing you can do about it unfortunately.

Owned 1 black car and will never do it again. I agree they are hot and I wax my cars 1 time a month, and clay car then at least 2 times in the summer.

this is why i ordered MP Gray.
