12.7 @107 Gettin Better!

there's a company now that puts honda motors in minis. vtec mini's. haha. devistating power for that car. d, b and k series motors can be swapped with the kit.

Sure his number is 311. And his user name was srt311"something" on the neon forums. I think hes using his neon times from old runs to troll our forum. Why else would he spend 9 days mocking us with timeslips that SPECIFICALLY cut off the dates of the runs.

Why else should he not repost them and make us all look like idiots.

Its not like hes been too busy to post. He hits the thread every couple hours with his little comebackers and whatevers..... but wont post the obvious.

Off course threads like this need proof. This isnt myspace. If this was ClubRsx the thread would be 25 pages long already and it would be OBVIOUS whats going on here.

And as far as a MS3 with a CAI running high 12's with slicks.... when it happens, Im sure there will be a similar response if the thread goes over 7 pages without a timeslip or video. Whether its possible to run a 12.9, or whether it be a everlasting burning bush, or parting of the Red Sea..I need more than faith and praise singing.... in the 21st century, on the friggin internet itd be nice to see a timeslip with a date sometime in October 2007, for a run like that.

he said he HAD a srt4 and is proud to to own a ms3 now.....of course he would have a name on there and he probably still talks to people on the forums...jsut like if one of us gets a different car we still talk to each other on here...for the most part

Do you mean in the old tinty Mini ?Holy cow, which engine the Honda 200hp Si engine?Thats like sticking a Corvette z06 510hp engine in our MS3`s.Yes but it wouldn`t help much if you couldn`t stop the bloody thing ,just like the old Honda CRX`s,they drove like crazy but no stopping power, like a coffin.

Power issues

311 wheel with a test pipe? and 18psi? im a little skeptical about that man. That cant be very safe on the car. and 375 whp is gonna be hard with out some internals. the stock block isn't very strong. and you will definitely need a fuel pump. Secondly our little ko4's cant take too high boost i wouldnt push it past 18. people have shattered their blocks with 350+ wheel on a first drive. I would definitely look in to some pistons and rods etc. 311 wheel is impressive though. i have a CAI and TBE no cats this weekend putting in my front mount, bov, rear engine mount and cpe EMS ill let you know what i do on the dyno.

who have shatter blocks? look up darksuns dyno on 20 psi with only an intake.

driver already installed a fuel pump after this run, along with a sri/ic/tbe/plugs

back from the dead. Look at randy hating. LOL I love it. what are you guys gonna do when i go 11s

If you run in the 11's..... Im going to demand dated timeslips or videos. Nothing less!!!!! :)

I just reread this thread...and it was only three months ago. My how far we have come. Sorry I was so indignant friend...lol. Rereading this cracked me up bigtime!!!

Not to add fuel to a fire, but:

I think our block is quite strong, its the rods and pistons that are questionable at very high horsepower levels.

Our turbo's compressor map shows a good flow rate up to 20psi and beyond, if I recall. I remember someone saying it was capable of 22psi before running out of huff completely. Of course, that is 22psi out of the turbo, who knows how much pressure we lose through our IC and piping, but still it goes to show you that our turbo isn't going to become a flamethrower at 18-20psi.

i'm pretty sure that driver was measuring 22psi at the intake manifold, which would include the pressure in the IC and piping.

Exactly. It goes to show that our turbos are better then we thought, which is always nice to know. Its the other stuff that seems to be problem!

I just wish I had money, so I could play along too. I'm still in stock-land.
