I do have and will post pictures of the 500/5. The boxes to the speakers are factory sealed so I didn't want to break the seal.

Yes I do have the original box, and I am pretty sure I have the instruction book.

Shipping is extra. The amp is like $20 to shipped fed ex ground and the speakers should be about the same.
