Yep, to me the hardest part was finding all the bolts to the bumper cover and then removing. Yes, there is 'baking' involved but it really isn't as bad as it sounds. At first I was scared I was going to screw it up but I've done it twice now and it's cake. Just make sure you take your time, use quality products, and be careful. Oh yeah, don't forget about the brass screw!
