why ? turbo xs dp is crap.

the best DP on the Market right now is from CP-E. www.cp-e.com

its a 1 piece, so no need for a test pipe.

If you want a 2 piece design, Corksport and Protege Garage both make test pipes. Corksport also makes a dp. i would chose those two anyday over the turbo xs.

i agree with cash. cp-e would probably be about the best choice, with a corksport downpipe and protege garage test pipe being a close second.

I also agree, CP-E is better than turboXS. Worth the money

maybe Im just blind but why is everyone bashing turboxs?? Is there something I need to know? I plan on getting the turboback exhaust for my 08 speed3 when I can save up the money and everything.

Because most people on here love CP-E. No doubt they make a nice piece, but im on a budget here. I just picked up a used test pipe and I can get a good deal on a TXS DP so I think im going to pull the trigger. Plus, coming the Suby world, they made great stuff for the WRX/STi.

Yeah I have their FMIC and the kit is pretty nice. The SRI they "gave" me was shoddy but it isn't the one they sell. The subaru world likes the products I don't see why the mazda guys are being dicks about their stuff? I don't know if anyone has had a bad experiance except for one guy that needed advise installing the down pipe and called cork sport to get it.

Would this work with the Corksport RP, or does the TurboXS DP have a different flange at the bottom compared to stock?

Also, there are surely some CEL eliminators that can be purchased that work for the MS3 right?

The DP looks like a quality piece to me. Only thing I'm interested in is a high flow cat to go along with it. I'd rather not go with a race pipe for sake of keeping it a little quieter. I know CP-e has an option for a high flow cat instead of a race pipe, but does anyone else manufacture one?

A high flow cat is just a bigger cat. Any place that sells cats can sell you a bigger one, ie 3 in. inlet/outlet, 31/2 in. etc. Every time I replace the cat on my cars , I go for a 3 in. v8 cat.

I just took a look at the video's of the Corksport. Those sound pretty nice. Depending on how they answer my questions, I may end up going with that.
