Mazda Meet?

Couple of us on Importatlanta.com are trying to get a Mazda Meet going

Sunday, 1/27/08 @ Tribble Mill Park - parking lot by the lake. @ 2:00pm

2125 Tribble Mill Parkway
Lawrenceville, GA 30045

How to get there:
I-85 North from Atlanta, to 316 North, Exit onto Hwy 120, and take a right. Go all the way to downtown Lawrenceville to Jackson St. on the right. Jackson St. turns into New Hope RD, and Tribble Mill park is about 7 miles on the right. Once you get to the park go through the entrance and go to the stop sign then turn right into Ozora Meadows. Follow the road all the way down to the bottom parking lot.

There will be NO food, NO bikini contests, NO drinks, NO music and NO entertainment whatsoever. Just some guys/girls that have nothing better to do on Sunday, but to be by the body of water in sub-freezing temperatures.

i think it may attract a few more people and possibly be a bit more entertaining if someone where to bring a grill, and we all bring food or something, or if they have grills by the lake, ive never been there before. it wouldnt be that much of an effort, plus it be something to do

They do have Grills there I believe. Good Idea!

Man... see how quickly this has grown. Well, we'll see everyone there I suppose. I wonder what people in Lawrenceville are gonna say seeing all these Mazdas. Of course, I suppose it won't be any different then the NP meets.

I vote for that. I could probably throw say 10 bucks. Is that what you were thinking (per person). Or more? Who knows, maybe we can finally have a meet closer to me every week. I am still going to NP this week.

That's true. I forgot that you were the one who went to Oakwood U. Funny story, I went there for two weeks... Oh well.

I'll try to make it out there. I just hope I get my bumpers fixed before then, because I hate it enough that I have to ride around with a huge dent in the rear end and some cracks on the front end . Getting rear-ended sucks!(pissed)

If I remember correctly when you pull into the park you drive for a bit then you get to a stop sign. Make a right at that stop sign and follow that all the way around to the lake.
