The MS6 Build-a-Beast is coming very soon...(Pics)

its not tuned and it hasnt moved. The shop just had it idling yesterday. Monday i will have it for break-in. Then it goes back for tune

ITS HOME!

IMPRESSIONS SO FAR: The car is running very good and it feels like stock. The spec stage 2+ feels very much like stock with just a little bit more pressure to it. The new AWR motor mount isnt noticeable. Seems like the new CDFP upgrade is working great so far. The car is un-tuned but still idles perfectly. I havent hit boost or even tried to spool it. I'm not taking the car above 3000rpm and I dont plan on giving it more then 10% throttle even though i have downgraded from an 18psi wastegate (which caused my motor to blow), to a 12psi wastegate.

I've only had it for an hour and i drove 50 miles to start the break-in process! Thanks again to Ken at Protege Garage for getting me 99% of the parts for my beast and getting them to me extremely fast with awesome customer service (which is the main reason I decided to do buisness with Ken) and always being available for support. So far it looks like ICS did an awsome job, but as i stated before, i have to wait to see performance before I give ICS (and mrlilguy) props. Ill be installing the cp-e fmic tommorow night along with my garrett boost gauge. I decided to go with GHL for exhaust so I will be installing that next week. Its been a long time coming ladies and gentlemen! Blood, sweat, tears and most of all, alot of dead president$ went into this.*STAY TUNED* IN THE BUILD-A-BEAST THREAD FOR MORE UPDATES!

Congrats on getting the car on the road!

Whatever you do...don't start boosting until you get the boost gauge in the car!

when i have in between 500-1000 miles on the car.

I just realized the cp-e intercooler kit is only set up to run the HKS BOV so ill be delayed in the install until I find some kind of adapter flange for the Greddy Type S. Anyone know exectly what i need?

when i called them about this issue they told me i had to get an HKS becuase at that time they did not have another flange for any BOV made for the kit.. but that was 3-4 months ago.. id call them up and see if they have other applications for it.. if not ur gonna have to get an HKS..IMO its worth the cash... or hell the car is already custom u could make ur own pipe with ur own flange.. anyways glad hear ITS BACK..
