Just trolling around the MazdaUSA site and came across this in their press info ..
Not sure how close this information will be once the Mazda5 officially comes out, but here ya go:

As already mentioned in the "2008 Mazda5: Substantial Changes ...", it confirms what porschegt3 stated that the moonroof is only available with the sport 5/at. That bites!!!

i think it is because the Sport is the only one doesn't has moonroof. Moonroof is standard for Touring and Grand Touring. That's is why it wasn't listed as option...

Yep. MT/AT Sports in 2006 and 2007 had the moonroof as an option, not only the AT Sport. Same happens to the Popular Package.
