I have news for you, it's not an easy install...got one side on and the other piece by the driver side I could not...there's no room to work really and I could not get any pieces off to make any room....no wonder they said have a professional do it.

I absolutely love it...very cool in person...not cheap...the real metal deal and perfect! I have yet to actually secure it since I am a little confused on the install....help anyone....I will ask hubby though...
Worth it if you are considering it! Rainy day here...sorry!

I went to a local auto repair shop and he helped me for free...yep, we loosened the other side enough to get your hand back there to do it...a little tricky! This shop earned my biz if ever needed!

Got mine in and installed. Took about 15 minutes. Pictures coming tomorrow. It was already too dark for my pitiful camera. Have to say though that it is a well worth it $47. I recommend to anyone.

Also have a few other goodies to show off... 1. billett grille, 2. shaved "mazda" logo on left side of lift gate (body work done), 3. custom LED turn signal mirrors a la the CX7 concept. Will start a new thread tomorrow with pics of all.

Precision Grilles makes the Billet grilles being sold on Ebay, but they are a distributor and don't sell to the public. They are called the EZ Billet Grille, part numbers are 608410 (upper) and 608411 (lower). It just a matter of finding a retailer that sells them cheaper than the guy on ebay. Even if it is a buck lower, a buck is a buck. Precision Grilles does not have the grilles listed on their website yet, but you can still visit them at:

Their sales rep told me you can order the parts through one of their distributors like 4wheelparts, www.american-truck-auto.com, www.wooddashexperts.com etc.

Also, I got word from another company that they are developing a steel mesh grille. No idea on when or how much, but they will email me more info when available.
