That manifold looks cool. Can it be made with a T3 flange and not clocked to the side?

I need one without EGR or O2 sensor bungs...

Hi RobbSpeed,

Can the mani be made with a o2 and egr, also what do they retail for?

I noticed a down pipe as well, is that 3''?

btw nice work...

Regards

eh Speed3.5, how is the sls su f/r motor mount combo? I'm sick of waiitong on the rear....

its working like a charm , in the beggining is kinda hard to controll the shake until the mounts get broken in .
I really like this setup, i'd suggest to not put aftermarket on the side as it will make it a headache to daily drive the car.

you should give it a try, they both match perfect.

Whats up Robb !!
I like what i see, i think everyone feels the same.
The many looks like a potential product.
Some spec's would give us head's up on what we can do w/ the many.
What options will it have ex: t2 or t3 flange, stock turbo location or relocated position , down pipe matching w/ stock/vibrant exhaust or any other j-pipe combo etc???
HOW MUCH IS THIS GONNA GO FOR ??????????
Looking forward to this prototype (glare)

Not to step on any toes but we are already making full race spec manifolds, we are a small company so it takes us a bit to get em out to you but here are a few pics below.

What does everybody use to get that center oil line off the turbo? the line directly on top, in between the two housings.

FYI - Those interested in the Steed Speed manifold - Leen has finished the runner design, now all he has to do is work out the solid model for the outside of the manifold, and test fit. If he mails me some pics and doesn't post them here I will.

Nice, definitly looking forward to seeing the finished product.

info from Leen Steed

"Manifold will be in 3 sections. One section will have the runners away from
the head and that will tie to a 2 piece sandwich which has the sections
going down to the flange. The runners are going to be bigger at the head
than the stock inlets which will allow for a bit of port matching or porting
oversize if desired. (yeah! stock port/header match is disgusting!!).
This way even if you don't port the step will be on the outside where it
can't slow down the gasses.

The runners are also tapering outwards away from the head which acts like an
expansion chamber at the point where the runners turn towards the flange
assisting flow around the corner.

You can never be sure what will happen to performance till you try it but I
am expecting a slight gain over stock and more for modified cars + it won't
crack!"

Radius is .9 inch but the volume increases substantially at that point which makes for a very large "bowl" for the expanded exhaust to maneuver through.

The Bently Bi turbo used this principle to make a tight 90 degree elbow which flowed almost as well as a straight pipe.

I assume this is going to have all the proper fittings for the stock MSP setup: EGR, O2 sensor, etc.?
