yea mine are shaved down too, but that was from canyon driving since they were new in feb. -_-

yeah...that doesn't count as shaved lol

Now my apartment smells like silica rubber compound. Ugh...

ugh... you mean awesomeness

The tires are awesome... the smell is ugh. Just feeling them w/ my finger (who's dirty? LOL) they are a lot stickier than my current kooks. They're pretty much heat cycled out. These ones only have 1 National tour event on them.

not today, but this past Sunday...

slowpro98 and I installed my jethotted AWR 4-2-1 headers on my p5. Yay! Also, seanmcsean was there too. He was grillmaster and also there for moral support.

Install went pretty smoothly for the most part...had a b**** of a time getting the egr pipe onto the header without stripping the threads on the bung, and getting the spring bolts attached required a special wrench (not enough clearance), but other than that everything was pretty straightforward. I've driven it almost 200 miles since and no CEL yet! (2thumbs)

B has the pics, so hopefully he posts them (poke)

Washed the cars last night, probably first time in about 2 years. :) I think the car is a little happier and a little lighter now.

I did some tuning this evening as I was bored... tomorrow she goes in to the dealership for the first time since I bought her nearly 3 years ago. I can't figure out this stupid fuel tank problem and annoying squeak/squeal.

Oh and I have money now so I can afford to have people fix things, yay!

They're going to s*** a brick when they see your car. How did the fuel pump install go btw? I have one waiting for me back home that I plan on installing this weekend.

I had a noise in my A/C on the passenger side for about 3 weeks now. Well. I started the car up today and ran the A/C and NO NOISE! It fixed itself. Ah, hard work and progress.

hahaha yeah I wish I could be there to see it. I told them to call me if they had a "wtf" moment.

The fuel pump install was easy except for the screws stripping, but a screw extractor fixed that. Oh and dremelling the plastic cap from the stock one to fit on the new pump was kind of annoying too. Make sure you start early enough you can run to the hardware store and buy new machine screws if you need to :) M4 .7 x 6mm I think.
