My car has been in for 26 days. Waiting on 4 more to complete my lemon law paper work.

They said the problem was my "shifter cable bushings". Which they cant even tell me a date when the car is going to be fixed. They wont down another new car to borrow parts to fix mine. They wont give me a rental car. It has gone way to long with no response. They won't even return my calls.

NO ONE GO TO SCANLON MAZDA!

That's crazy. After 4 days of waiting, Hancock robbed a coilpack off a CX-7 and got me fixed up, while I drove their loaner 3i around. After 26 days, I'd have already had their regional rep by the nuts.

I've been waiting since the 25 of last month next week lemon law !!!
its too bad I love this little car but if the transmission is going to go out on me at 13000 miles I don't need the hassle . they told me syncros for 2nd and 3rd then when those came in they said they also needed bearings for the 5th and sixth gears , then when those came in they said they have to replace the whole transmission .

let me know how it goes I'm afraid I may be following in your footsteps.

there is a phone number you can call for mazda corporate. its in the warranty book that is probably in your car. im sure you can do a search for it and find it. they are very good at resolving customer service issues.

Name and shame the dealer, if it prevents 1 more person from having to deal with them then its worth while.

When my car went in for the motor mount recall they give me a loaner for the afternoon, 26 days is a disgrace, def call mazda customer service and call them out.

Mazda has to provide you with a loaner.

If the dealership say's no, call Mazda North America, they'll get that taken care of real fast.

Am I the only young kid who still thinks we should be growing up driving old bad beaters and not brand new MS3s? off topic sorry.

I would contact the General Manager of the dealership by personally walking into the dealership. If you get no where with that, contact Mazda North America. They will end up putting their show up someones ass. More than likely, that dealership will also lose their Mazdaspeed Status.. I did this to an SVT dealership.

When the slave cylinder seal broke on the MS3 they had to order the part from Japan as they were not available in NA. The dealership set me up with a rental car right away. They had my car for 19 days. Of course, the entire cost of the rental was covered by the dealership. When they finally finished with the car the dealership also provided me with some free Mazda accesories before I left.

I hated being without the car because my wife took the MS6 to drive leaving me to drive the rental, but the dealership I dealt with treated me very well all things considered.
