Which exhaust would you pick?

Well....... after waiting forever for my backordered RS*R Ex-Mag GTII to come in from JDM country (been a year now.... and yes, I'm aware that this exhaust is now discontinued, but there's always that slim chance....(doh)), I've decided to go with something that's within reach of obtaining.

The candidates that I was considering: Borla single, RB Power Pulse, Magnaflow, and even MazdaSpeed.

My question is.... what exhaust would you pick, and why?

Keep in mind, they don't have to be any of the ones that I listed....these are just some ideas that I was just throwing out there.(rei)

Racingbeat. Has a nice growly sound, but not too loud, and never "ricerish"... excellent workmanship, and they have a bit of a tendency to focus more on performance than just looks/appeal alone.

(I'm a bit of a racingbeat fanboy tho)

on my miata i had a sebring mufller.. really nice sound on low/high rpms and it looks like this.. gives you more HP tho cuz its straight pipe

looks good but try the one i have, you will notice the gain and sounds awesome, nice deep tone.. plus you can weld any tip you like

Do you have a pic of your exhaust on your miata?

I've been using the Thermal catback for about 6 years. Fit/finish is top notch, fully stainless steel and polished, and the exhaust note is on the aggressive side with a nice growl.

Actually not right now but looks sick under the car..plus like i said any tip you want goes on it.. you can either hide the muffler on the bottom or turn it upside down so people will see it from the back looks sick tho!!

Even if the RS*R went back into production, they'd likely sell for $475-$520. I picked mine up for $450 slightly used (test fitted)
a few months after buying my Miata and I initially did not want it because it was a bit to aggresive looking for my taste. But Rishie @ AutoRnD assured me that it was truly a rare find. Little did I know that it was so hard to come by. I've had more than a few serious offers from $450 to as high as $500 flat for it, but since I know I would never find one in the same condition as mine (current pics below), I will probably never sell it.

That being said, if I was ever in the market again. I would definitely go for the Kobe.....

i've heard great things about enthuza on some of the other miata boards, so that's who i went with for a custom downpipe-back system for my '99 turbo. enthuza is local to me, which definitely influenced my decision, but i would not hesitate to recommend them.

I'm still most likely going to go with the Kobe.
But I'm kind of intrested to see what Fuji Racing comes up with. After seeing their handy work with their perfomance headers and ITRB's... I'm sure their exhaust set-up is going to be kickarse!!!

good to know; i'm leaning toward a borla anyway, and that's what enthuza uses, IIRC.
