There is no advantage of a 6 speed in our cars.....At least; not that I can see. Anyone like to add to this?

Wow I think 3500 on highway is great, I love the gear ratio for this car I had a prelude last and going 80 I was at 4700rpms and it redlines at 6400, but that only happened after I modded it. I dont think our car needs it at all at least not for a short daily driver like me.

I wish it had 6 gears i always try to shift after 5th. Don't know why thouggh. I have never owned a 6 spd and only drove a miata 6 spd once. i guess I was born intended to drive a 6 spd .

I'd love a 6 speed too. Other than the sunroof, thats probably the bit I miss the most from my Celica. I would also prefer a lower crusing RPM, since I'm usually always going over 80.

there's nothing like spinning the wheels going in 3rd doing about 50 mph (03 stock miata)

with the way I drive excessive clutch wear would probably be the result of a 6 speed trans in a msp, klienubing gear shifter here

the rear wheel drive 6-speed miata is an awesome car to drive when the rear wheels are spinning faster than the front wheels. weather it's doughnuts, burnouts, drifting they are all fun
