i'll have the whole stock mid-pipe (with both cats) from my msp in about 2 weeks but i would ask a bit more that $35 for it imo since shipping will be a bit pricey

No, no manifold, no midpipe, All I want is the pre cat for an NA from someone who has installed a header and doesn't need it anymore. It doesn't weigh more than 6 lbs.

the 1st cat weighs around 30 lbs i believe...it's pretty damn heavy.
