Yeah that's right, I'm looking to get another Protege5. While many people move on to bigger and (possibly) better things, I just love the Protege5 too much. My P5 has 57500 miles on it already so I'm looking to get another one in the next six months.
What I want in a protege5 (sorta in order of importance):
1. manual transmission
2. ABS and side airbags package (what my car lacks)
3a. Less miles than my car, preferably under 40k miles
3. stock
4a. absolutely mint or close to it body condition.
4. has roof rack (so not 03.5)
5. moonroof (though I think I could deal without it).
6. Preferably not silver. I like the silver color but it is just so boring compared to the other P5 colors. I'm looking for maybe white, black, classic red, or laser blue.
7. Don't care either way about leather seating or if it has the 6 disc changer.
Damn you Mazda for making the Mazda3 hatchback ugly. I want to vomit when I see the front end, it's strange how just a different hood versus the sedan can make it look so different. To me the Protege5 seems like a much better built car, I just can't put a finger on why though.
