I have owned my new 2015 CX- 5 for one month. Last week I gave it a good wash and applied Glare Pro Polish. I taped off the bumper & fender black trim but neglected to cover trim between the doors and the little triangle section near the side mirrors. The car looked gorgeous with a mirror shine.....but the dreaded while haze showed up on the exposed areas. Tried to remove with protectant and other products, looked good wet but came back when dry. Then I read on this forum where peanut oil would work. I just happened to have a jar of peanut butter that had separated with the oil on top. Dipped corner of terry cloth and tried it. IT WORKED!!

I just joined this morning and have learned so much about my new baby. What a great resource - thank you!

Glad it worked! Peanut oil is an old school detailing trick.

Two words ... HD Carcare products. Dual action polisher and HD polish followed with HD Poxy as and LSP. (Last step product) Does not chalk the black plastics hardly at all. Very forgiving .
