Hey bazooka joe, those are a complete new assembly. i just bought a pair of those off of ebay for $195.00.

Actually, that "moron" as you so put it, I believe put it on that way because he wanted the wing to sit lower i.e. he wanted to avoid the 'shopping cart handle' look (what you would get if you put it on the other 'correct' way). I'll be happy to ask him at our next meet though to provide you with a more ironclad answer.

However, please enlighten me as to how you figured that there is a 'correct' way to put that wing on i.e. it's non directional, there is no indicated up or down.
