i would also had attemplted mudder. asault with a deadly weapon. reckless endangerment. list goes on and on. My g/f is going to John Jay college of crimal justice. yeah she is gonna be a FBI. (my get out of jail free card HEHEHEHE ) and she saw it and told me all of that stuff. plus the cops can get creative when they charge you. s*** when i got arrest they charged me with distrubing the peace (b/c i yelled at the asshole cop) and interferring with an officers duties (b/c he told me to sit down so by my not obeying his commands like a dog i was interferring with his duties.) :wtf: :wtf: :wtf: :wtf:

for those of you who can't download a 23 meg movie, I'll try to describe what happens (correct me if I'm wrong)

Video starts with a wreck already happened between a guy in an SUV, and another guy in a sedan. The guy in the SUV leaves the scene of the accident - stranding the guy with the sedan, his car totalled. The suv comes back and circles in the intersection, the guy with the sedan walking up to the SUV with a weapon (tire iron?), threatening the suv - the suv leaving. The man with the sedan puts the weapon back up, and the SUV comes back to the intersection, trying to hit the man who owns the sedan, circling him, the turning radius too wide to hit the man. The sedan guy breaks the window in the suv apparently, and the suv just keeps trying to hit him, running over a median and hitting a sign (apparently he's drunk). AFter a while one of the witnesses convinces the suv to open his door, and he takes the key out of the SUV...and as the two guys both now on foot are about to fight...a cop shows up, telling the camera to shut off

Hehe, my dad was a cop in NY for 21 years. He randomly got attacked one day with a baseball bat while coming out of a diner or something by a guy whose brother was arrested by my father (with me so far?). Or something along those lines.

Anyway, the guy who attacked my dad was a known cop hater, so my dad beat him all the way around a block, threw him in a store window, and arrested him for breaking and entering. It's a beautiful thing. That's what you get for randomly attacking a cop with a baseball bat.
