If you think that's bad here, you should look at ProtegeClub and other boards. Well as defense, it gets tiring for people after a while to answer the same questions over and over again.
In all honesty, if you check out other non-mazda boards across the net, you will find lots of nasty boards out there. This board, ProtegeClub, and miata.net are some of the best community oriented boards I've seen.
I've been trying to point out to people where to find what they need on ProtegeClub recently instead of those bad posts you mentioned.

No offense to anyone, but I've seen some misinformation posted on the board due to lack of researching in the past, but it has improved a lot recently thanks to the more active members on this board knowing their stuff and posting accurate info.

The real big beef I have with people here and on Protegeclub are the people who blame Mazda for all the problems they have with their cars and service. Sometimes it's Mazda's fault yes, but mostly it is just plain asshole dealerships which Mazda has little control over. Sometimes the bickering I see are just things just are technically impossible to fix. The MSP shipment delays is not really Mazda's fault btw. Partly, yes for not telling people what's going on and an ETA. But otherwise, it's not their fault for those bastards at the port going on strike and delaying parts shipments too.
