Im working on pulling the head off my 1.6 ZM-DE, and got around to the intake manifold today. Didnt get it all the way off the car, just unbolted from the head (those screws under the runners are a b****. Ill never complain about having small hands again) and pushed away. I had heard mixed words on whether or not the ZM had VTCS butterflies, but we indeed do for any curious readers.
I know all you snazzy FS guys like to remove yours for better intake charge, so I want to do the same thing for mine while I have everything pulled off. Only problem is the How-To link for it is no longer working, so is there anyone who can give me some quick tips on what (not)to do?
