I dont know if this has been discussed before, if it has sorry in advance for not using the search button.

I have a turbonetics MBC and it is adjusted to 10psi. I've noticed that when I run my a/c and I floor it in the higher gears anything above third gear that my boost gauge will jump all the way to 15psi.

This must be wrong right, as I have had no fuel cut problem, my engine isnt blown, and the car didnt accelerate like it was pushing 15psi.

Well thanks for the help

the gears above third will always read a little higher than 3rd anyways, and with the ac on you are putting more of a load on the engine, so more boost will build. i would suggest just not flooring it and letting boost build that much in those situations, just to be safe.

if on idle u turn on AC, your vacuum will go from 22 to like 19..........

maybe same thing under boost...........mine without AC reads 9, with AC 10.

i guess it also depends which vacuum line u tapped into. Maybe if u have time on your hands try experimenting with different lines.
