I think that the hood looks sweet...but you can just purchase a hood scoop of ebay...or at like R & S Strauss...and have someone proffesionall put it on..and u would save $$$$
this company makes 4 differant styles of that hood and two of them are fully functional ram air scoops I am getting one sent to me for a demo from SLP for seting them up with my buddies shop ..also yes you can get a scoop and have it professionaly installed and painted and all that when you could pay less for a fiberglass slp hood that weighs 15lbs lighter !!! they have a 2 pi hinge mount ..also a 4 pin hoop that is for off highway use only .. they other two I am speaking of is the same listed above but they come much further along being gel coated and also fully preped and primed ready for paint out of the box
ive seen a scoop similar to this in person. looks like the one on the wrx's. i like it a lot my self. get rid of the windsheild sprayers though. how much are these gonnna be going for. and i just put my cf hood on...
Definitely a good idea.. but I think it could have been done better (styling)... what I would LOVE to see is a WORKING cowl induction hood -- Cervini's are you listening!
that is the second best looking hood i have seen. i like it alot, its subtle. not like all theses ram scoops that take in small house pets and road kill.
