what are the main benefits of the lighter ps pulley?

By itself probably not much. Less rotating mass makes it easier for the crank to turn it.

what that pulley is wayyyyyy lighter then stock pulley i was surprised. im guessing less work for the pump and increase in power.

some auto part stores lone the tools to change it. or like my local o'reilly's will just about do it for you. lol
