My initial reactions to the MSP ".5" changes are..well...is that an oval exhaust tip?...and the new front

I've never seen so much CF in my life on one car...I like the one piece front and the all 4 racing seats...but the rims seem a wee bit HUGE. Front end paint scheme is different...I like it. Nice turbo setup....hmm...wonder who did that? Is that a huge headphone jack or an exhaust tip?

Who the f**k wants an oval exhaust tip! That looks like s***. I am not a big fan of the front end either, I am of the belief if it ain't broke, don't fix it. Or something like that.

Well, keep in mind why Mazda did it. They wanted to sell more of the MSP. But they'd billed it as a limited edition. So in order to sell another batch, they had to make some changes.

The press photos are up on our site now.

The wheels on the DGM Protege are 18". That's actually smaller than most at the show - the vast majority of Protege5 showcars were on 19".
