situation: my dash light for the seatbelt will not come on in any situation. i have changed the bulb without any fix so i need to know how to troubleshoot the buckle and electrics associated with it. diagrams and wiring will help and maybe some tools required for it

ok i thought i felt a wire under there but was not sure, how do i go about removing the seat?

There are four bolts that you'll need to loosen/remove (four corners). The back two require you to remove the plastic covers first. Be careful not to pry them off too hard or you'll damage them. Try to remember how they're oriented so it's easier to put them back on. And you'll have to undo the seat belt sensor underneath.

so i would have to undo what i was trying to remove it to get at i guess i will just try to get at it with seat in car. thats just going to make it more of a pain, oh well i had the passenger seat out at one point but its bolts were less hidden

Passenger seat bolts are aligned the same way as the driver's seat.
