rough idle, 2005 mazda 6, 4 cyl, auto

there are times when starting cold, engine runs fine, check engine light is on, however, engine runs well and after driving for time, suddenly the engine starts to loss power, runs rough, the AT, traction control system icon and traction control system light come on. Next day, cleaned the mass flow assembly throttle body with correct cleaners, the throttle body has been replaced. car started fine went to auto zone so they could give me code since check engine light is on, they could not get reading, could not get code. did notice since cleaning that will the engine still cycles between smooth running and rough with above lights coming on, it would cycles more frequently between smooth running with only check engine light on and back to all above lights on. !!??
