Replacement Rim 2010 GT

Hello all. My wife just bought a new 2010 Mazda 5 GT. Unfortunately she scuffed one of the rims and I was looking to surprise her with a replacement. This listing on EBAY is for 2008/2009 rims but look identical. Are the 2010s the same?

Wouldn't it be cheeper to refinish? I guess that would take time and ruin the surprise angle unless she doesn't notice the donut on the car.
