The excuse list:
1.) It was 25 degrees out.
2.) I've only had the car for three weeks.
3.) I haven't driven a stick since 1998.
4.) It was 25 degrees out!
Actually all in all I really didn't do too bad. My wife, who had never driven a stick before in here life until three weeks ago, did really good too.
Here's a pic and a movie of the car on the lot in action:

We started the day at 38/38 psi and tried out 42/38, but that resulted in me taking two cones home with me. The temps were so damn cold I think 36/36 or 38/36 would have been better all day.
All I can say about the MSP.. is GOD DAMN! This was a fast couse, not really made for lower power nimble cars, but the MSP turned times just as fast as most of the high HP cars.
D stock reigns supreme though. We have some of the toughest competition of our region... and since we can't drive very well its going to be a learning year for sure. Warmer temps and the new rubber we have on order should do wonders. I lost by a whole second and a half to the D stock leader... at least as far as I know, they haven't posted all official times. IT was just a fun run anyways.
I can't wait until the first warm weather race!
I'll post a link to my times when the web master (one of the guys faster than me in D stock no less) posts them. Unless they are just really bad... then I'll conveniently forget to update the thread.
